Shipping policy

 

Delivery to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland)

Items within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or Yodel and the rate is dependant on the shipping time chosen and item. Certain products such as paintings may incur an additional charge. 

Delivery outside the UK

Items outside the UK will be sent via DHL, DPD, or Royal Mail. 

  • Delivered within the next possible business day from date of dispatch, tracked and requires a signature.
  • Premium 09:00, 10:30 and 12:00 options available, please email hello@anegadaclub.com for a quote.

Please note that Anegada is not responsible for any customs or taxes that may be incurred with international shipping.  These are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Important notes 

We endeavour to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner, however we are unable to guarantee delivery timings. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be dispatched, however subject to demand and current global issues please be patient and expect delays.

All items and shipping prices on our website for delivery to countries outside of the United Kingdom are not inclusive of any customs or import duties and may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees and taxes.

Reducing waste

To avoid unnecessary waste, no orders will be sent with a paper invoice unless it is a legal requirement of the destination country. If you would like a paper invoice with your order, please let us know and we will send one out.
