Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please download our returns form here and include it with your item when returning. If you are unable to print this form, please include a slip of paper with your return detailing your name, order number, product you wish to return and reason for return.
Returns are at the expense to the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery costs of the initial order will not be refunded. We highly recommend you get proof of postage in the form of a tracking number, as Anegada is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Damages and issues
We quality check each item and hand pack every order we send out.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anegada will not take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards. We will not accept returns of damaged or worn items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the item you have following the instructions above. Once we receive your returned item we will then issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
